Salary. But still it is not as per market standard. Should have more stock options.

Way away from the market salary. No bonus programs in place. Car lease policy also would have been a great thing to have.

In general most of the people are 30 to 40% below the market. Leadership team should take measures to come as close to the market in terms of benefits.
