Honestly my coworkers are a large part of why I'm working here. Everybody stands together, even when times are tough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary levels are 30-40% lower compared to what the competition pays. Also coming up in the ranks internally makes it very difficult to reach a competitive package.
