You can grab a coffee with nearly everybody and have a nice chat.

I do not have a compensation package - in my opinion, just a monthly salary.

Communication and executing on their own plans, or having one would be already great :)

What makes you most happy at work?

The possibility to integrate my private life into company life quite easily and shift them around as necessary.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Share a vision, execute on that vision, have a strategy, and take some risk instead of this ... whatever that is called right now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on the inflation and my start salary, I am almost earning the same but just work a lot more and have more resposibilities

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

As a manager I would like to have more freedom in educating my team, in giving them perspective, but as there are not decision made from top down, it is quite hard to show them a direction and if we get a directions it is very short noticed with statements like get it done or a headcount is removed.
