Its a place I truly love to work at. While there are ups and downs, its safe to assume thats at every company. The goods outweigh the bads and I can honestly say its the best job ive ever had

The open door policy. No matter the question or the task at hand, they will always find time to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If Barracuda could get closer to the industry standard, it would make me and my entire team feel valued. Its not just my position that is underpaid, its across the board. I am willing to sacrifice a % of income to stay at Barracuda, but not everyone is the same way.
