Their one positive is that they hired me with little practical experience. This is a great place to get experience and then move to someplace that has better compensation.

Some of my coworkers are team players and want to help everyone learn new things

Micromanagers who don't care that you are trying to resolve customer's problems and it takes longer that the 10 minutes given to resolve a case.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have exceeded the expectations but I have been overlooked repeatedly when it comes time for a raise. Others doing less have been advanced to the next level.
