What are some of the best things about your team?
Which team? My team that holds the same title as me? That team I hardly know. My team I directly close business with, they are amazing! We are all really close and care about the others succeeding!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I know I could get another job easily making minimum 30k higher then what I am making now. Wish the comp plan was more attainable, if you do well one year then you screw yourself the next year with your quota.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All I hear from the inside team is complaints, wish they could increase that culture. The work life balance that is allowed is amazing. I wouldnt have stayed at this company for so long if it wasnt for my direct team. I love the culture we have within my team and that stems down from management. TY
