Is a pleasure to go to work and feel safe and accepted. Enjoy being helpful and being helped when needed too. Feeling that in a security field, the job is more secure than most jobs out there.

Working from home. No drama. Great manager.

There are many benefits and keep getting added to the previous package supplied.

Being paid less than others on the same plane is not beneficial to growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has its way to work and there is no change desired, from what works to make a profit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
basic skills of concern, per job performed, to show care in what is done daily, and not the least amount of effort required only per job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Directing and advising and assisting in al situations. No feeling of ridicule or demeaning or feeling like a failure to do anything of your job, so asking of anything is easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No Drama between workers. Diverse workers that get along with no feelings like " I'm better than you", WE seem to just create a culture that is respectful and listening, to enjoy working day to day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always helpful if you need anything. Happy to help each other learn and grow in knowledge and skills of IT, as opposed to many others I feel who rather not share or help what little skill they must have and thus will never grow or learn more. IT is not an, " I know it all job " it changes so much.
