My overall experience has been very positive so far and I am excited to see what is to come. I have only been here a year and I have already accomplished some goals that I thought were going to take me a few years to achieve. I am excited for this new fiscal year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe to be my authentic self at work and am not afraid to have "human moments" in front of my manager or team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is very supportive and motivating. We all collaborate together and I appreciate that we all run thoughts and ideas by each other and genuinely value each other's feedback/perspective.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to get involved in projects that I am passionate about, even if I don't have a ton of experience. I love that my manager and team believe in me.
