No drama. Maturity. We just get our work done.

They seem to be mostly focused on achieving well-defined and relevant goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale is low to begin with. No bonuses, ever. Raises that don't even match inflation (even back when inflation was running less than 2%).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall lack of office politics and stupid games. it used to be much worse, but the current exec team has really driven a positive change in the company culture. All the people who used to make it unpleasant are gone.
