MSP team needs to pay way more. you are losing folks to CORE and outside of the company due to lack of pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my pay is way lower compared to industry. my quota has been increased 242% since starting and base pay has only increased by 38%
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better training from management. so much gray area that leads to folks pointing the finger at each other. all i ever hear is "talk with your peer". management should take more incentive to erase gray area.
