Coworkers (outside of my team) could improve on their teamwork and being fair across teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because of the unequal workload between departments. Barracuda needs to have comparable benefits to other tech companies. Example: Maternity/paternity leave and pay and fertility (IVF/etc) coverage.
