A fine experience. The people are the best part about Barracuda. The product is just okay when it used to be a market leader, we don't get paid great, its just ok and the benefits are fine....Overall the word to describe it, would be fine.

For the most part, the team knows what they are doing and contribute to success. They are also fun and friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
comp plan is quite bad compared to the market. Make the % better and actually incentivize reps to go win deals. Until Barracuda does that with their sales team, we will continue to lose good reps and will constantly be training new employees due to churn.
