Uncapped commission on top of our salary.

Getting better at what I do. Going to lunch with friends.

The team has been very welcoming and encouraging. Always open to answering questions as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our work environment feeling very relaxing and encouraging with out being judgmental. I feel like people are allowed to be who they are and do their own thing, but also have the option to be apart of many cool relationships as well.
