I have been here for over 4 years and I like how I have moved up in my position. They notice your work performance.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The environment and the people I work with make this company amazing. I do believe we could make more (and I will say the new commission structure hasn't played out just yet) but this has been a great experience over the last 2 years. Especially the last 2 months. Sad about the company outing.

My manager actually care about outside lives

we all get along just fine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The smiles. The relationships. The food every Wednesday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Realistic goals that reflect the territory and economic times we are in

That they seem to understand that their should be an element of fun associated with work.

I have like the fact that Barracuda has allowed me to work from home. I get more work done here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am fluent in two languages and that should count for something. Additional pay for speaking another language that is used a lot should be compensated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone protrudes happiness no matter how their month, quarter, or year is going. The small intimate conversations of encouragement and non work related topics makes the day to day much bearable. Although, I would get way more work done working remote 100%
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We dont make enough money for the revenue we rollover for Barracuda. For every $1 we renew, we dont get half a penny on. $1.5 million dollar quota for the quarter, a rep might see a commission totaling $4k for 3 months. Half a penny would even be $7,500 in commission so its not even that
What makes you most happy at work?
The option to work from home. It usually takes me about 1hr and 15 min to get to work and from work. That is an average of 10 hrs a week that I get to spend with my kids. The fact that Barracuda has allowed me to work from home is amazing and takes a lot of stress out of my life.
