Happy with my role and the variety I have within it, I feel trusted to do what I need to do at work, and I have the freedom to work at my own pace, however as stated previously, salaries need to be increased across the board - for all staff - for Barracuda to be more competitive in the market.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Initially, my experience was very good. My experience recently however, is negative - I am the only one in my office that is not allowed to WFH. It's one rule for one, one rule for another. Inconsistent and unfair, especially when I have shown I can work - and be productive - from home.

People are friendly and helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Variety in my role means that no two days are the same.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Down to earth interviews which made me feel at ease during the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly people, easy to speak to and work with, ideas within my team are supported and encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at Barracuda don't take themselves too seriously - which means people can be themselves at work and have a laugh. Good vibes in the office, and during team outings.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Salaries need to be improved drastically, hybrid working needs to be adopted as part of the new way of working. Barracuda are not competitive in these areas and are losing good people because of these reasons.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Barracuda must be more competitive, compensation and benefits wise. Currently, salaries are not reflective of the market, or high levels of inflation we are seeing in the UK. Barracuda, please take note - everyone deserves a pay increase, a minimum of 10%, to be in line with inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Barracuda salaries are miles behind what others in the industry are paying their teams! Others offer better pay, better benefits (hello healthcare, dental and UNLIMITED PTO!!) , and more flexibility to work from home / in a hybrid working pattern! Barracuda MUST keep up - GOOD PEOPLE ARE LEAVING!!!
