I love my direct co-workers and our team
most people are very friendly

actually doing things managers do
I do really enjoy doing my work and talking with coworkers
more pay...sucks to know that we pay less than most of our competition
some of my team tries as hard as I do. I value them
identifying employees who are doing sub-par work that affects customers before the problem actually happens
not make me pay 5$ a gallon to drive to an office to do my job worse than doing it at home
support culture works great as a team...I have no idea what other people in the company do. I feel like support is an outsider in this company
need to recognize that the people that can work remote productively should be allowed to rather than make me drive to an hour spending 5$ and hour to do my job less efficiently. It's no benefit to see me sitting at my desk on camera. This is a horrible idea
