MY Team is amazing despite the crap we have to deal with. I love their Moral and it's easy to keep the team spirits up
treating youyr employees as people, listening to them, and rewarding those that go above an beyond with something more than a can opener and an email
I'm being asked to do work outside my scope, being told i HAVE to do these things beyond my pay grade and also being told that even though I'm doing this I'm not eligible to be promoted or fast tracked to a promotion
