good. i wouldn't be here if it wasn't. I love my team, but the admin and processes get in the way of actual work, and the pay has to match or exceed market rates. also pay more fairly across the team.

team, people, atmosphere in my team (end of month mostly)

not paid enough. new hires come in on not just a bit more but massive amounts more. (same role)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pay better, listen to employees, recognise the people that actually do that work on ops. provide actual flexible working
