The team overall works well together. Sometimes things get siloed however help is always near.

They are concerned about physical and mental health and allow us to take care of them as needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There have been multiple times, where I have been offered way more, the benefits are just slightly out-weighing. However the edge is near.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Barracuda puts family first when needed. IE when an event occurs and assistance is needed to cover the team steps up and gets it done as a cohesive unit. Not just figure it out yourself.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation drastically changed a while back. Raises have not been enough to keep up with the market. IE i can go work somewhere else and make more, however i am not interested in changing where i work as i love my team / mgmt. It would be nice to be paid closer to the market value.
