Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My career purpose in coming here was to focus on a top priority effort. Then that was killed off by a new top priority effort. Repeat until nauseous. Great people. Management is too flexible about lack of rigor or operational consistency and predictability.

Mutual respect and support, and honest communications.

This is a company of passionate employees who bring that energy every day.

Highly intelligent executive and senior management, which leads to intelligent hires, greater velocity and a lot less drama.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Broad package of medical, dental, vision, mental health/self care on the benefits side. Well compensated and incentives provided to perform.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone shows up looking forward together. They're positive, energized and forward-focused. Disagreements are professional, not personal, and all work together well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager knows how to do their job, and is quite smart at it. My 2nd-tier manager is likewise quite capable and balanced.

Very low politics. They are focused objectives and delivery. Goals are clearly aligned for us up and down the org. It's quite refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from the coffee, it's interacting with my manager and my pears on course adjustments and new learnings. You can't grow if you don't learn.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You never know when the prioritized thing you're excited about gets tanked by a new top priority from the CEO. That's happened to me five times already.
