The work is challenging and fulfilling. You'll rarely get bored because there's always something new to do/learn. The people here are great too, but I can't speak for other teams as I'm bias towards mine. Leadership is great too

Everyone seems knowledgable about their work and, once again, they're very human.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very understanding, proactive in unblocking, and most importantly they're human. I like that the company culture doesn't enforce people to go by the book or seem robotic in responses, so it's easy to be seen when concerns are voiced.
