There seems to be a strong representation of all cultures and appreciation of each person.

There's a lot of collaboration and discussions around new, interesting ideas. I think we need to have more encouragement from management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Share the corporate goals and strategic plans to get there. And focus on how to make all employees a part of those plans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market rates appear to be hire and there has been little communication about growth plans. Do an evaluation of the market and provide better defined paths to success and growth.
