I really enjoy working at barracuda, it has a very good culture to work, but somewhere to me I feel the pay scale can go up and ensure employee pay satisfaction

Hikes and promotions should happen irrespective of hike cycles, one should not wait for an year to get a hike or being promoted

I do most of the work than my team and have taken so many responsibilities, yet I need to wait for an year to hardly get 10% hike whereas my base salary is only less and that 10% hike will hardly make any difference
