What is the "leadership team"? Executives? My manager? My manager's manager?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
almost all the people in the office I work at are very amicable, at least from my experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am simply not paid enough for the work I am doing (and its quality). Additional factors to consider are my excellent work ethics and other things like knowledge exchange.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a software engineer, it makes me most happy to write high quality code that I know will benefit customers (regardless if they know it or not) and my colleagues particularly
