The communication, knowledge, which works also in HO situation very well

The time I invest to solve issues do not match the time I get paid.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get the things done I want/have to do on that day (mostly other requests disturbed that intention.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you mean with culture, people with different background, then I never had a problem with that, rather than you may learn new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I see that making money is the important thing. But what about a circular system which needs as less resources as possible? Which means to invest the earned money back to the company. What the outlook for the next 20 years?
