Barracuda is a very good company, with very smart employees where I see myself working and contributing to the development of innovative products, but I believe that the salaries (at least mine) should be increased.

the atmosphere at work, the relationships with colleagues, the coffee, the tasks

I don't know,I didn't really have tangents with them, only with my Team Leader who is ok
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it is a modern culture that satisfies the needs of employees (good work life balance)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because in the last year salaries have increased in most software producing companies. Additionally, inflation has increased significantly. I expect our company to do the same with salaries.
