Communication, drive, they make others feel valued, listened to, and make my day worth while
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel cared about and that the work i do makes a difference within my team. And others show that i matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay comparable to others in the business is massively lower. My pay is below others in roles who are levels below my level (especially as we are looking at these new levels moving forward). And a large difference (not taking into account commission into this), which makes me feel dispensable
