We are small enough to where I know almost everyone but big enough to where I am always meeting new people.

Everyone was very welcoming when I first started, the team offers tons of support even when its not needed and I can easily talk to anyone on my team or another team.

Manager always updates us and keeps us in the loop with news/events/reminders no matter how important. I also feel like I can easily rely on my team members whenever I need assistance with anything.
