Giv and Paul Drake have been very selective in their sales people. They have build a great team of ambition, fun, support, celebration, intelligence. My team are my friends after work too
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My friends in similar roles in similar industries have free lunches, better health insurance, better dental insurance. My pay is 40% the pay of my friends who are also in sales in IT security.

benefits terrible compared to my peers in similar industry base salary, dental benefits, expenses, SKO extension allowance etc. it's embarrassing we can't extend our flights / expense. and we are expected to give our whole weekend to the company,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CCB is no longer competitive. Internal disputes in teams: MSP vs. Core and Renewals vs. New Biz The UK team: No one is eligible for Presidents Club. This is extremely demotivating. I wouldnt be surprised if people leave this year. Similar to SKO. It's a joke we couldnt extend.
