Most of the people on the team work hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we received better spiffs instead of cross sells only.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not seem to value the amount of work that we do in renewals. We get the lowest salary of all of the departments but account for well over half of the revenue of the company. The bonus we receive does not reflect the amount we close per month which around 2-5% MAX. Some members are
