Everyone is approachable and seem to be aligned in what we are trying to achieve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an open, positive atmosphere, which helps us strive to achieve. I am new, so feel positive on that basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very new, so do not know many of the leadership team, but all seems fine based on what I have so far seen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The based and commission is fine - I am not really 100% sure of how the share options work and would like this explained to me at some point.
