My first few years at Barracuda were awesome. The past few have been anything but. I believe there are still amazing people at the top of this company but some of the trickle down does not match mentality.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a clear direction of where we are going and what are objectives are.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication on what they want from the sales team. It seems to change on a regular basis.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think a lot of people are on edge and are just worried about what their personal future holds. There is very little communication from leadership which makes people very nervous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate very well with each other. We are always there for each other with new ideas on how to get things done. We also keep tabs on each other's personal lives and care how people are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My quota does not align with my territory. When asked about the quota when I first received it, I was told that I would be given some clarification on why it was what it was. That was never given to me, and I was told to just sign.
