Great at first but slowly (and sadly) turning into a sinking ship... Where as before I'd be excited to go to work now I can't find the motivation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and support each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems the overperforming teams get punished instead of rewarded, receiving harsher conditions and insane quotas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I've proven my skills and commitment over the past few years and no tangible reward has come my way, at this point I have lost faith that a promotion will ever happen for me at Barracuda and I can only hope for a pay rise at this point to keep up with the increasing cost of living...
