Things got done for release and customer issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a big changes in leadership team recently. Will take some time to understand about them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At few folks are working as a group not as individual. So it learn and hekp mutually with this group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The career growth is almost in halt and hence I don't see big growth in terms of stocks and annual compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a small team, out of which 60% joined us last year. I have a hige task to teach these new guys as well things get done for the releases. Good part is one have one person who worked across most of the modules.
