I've been with Barracuda for almost 4 years. I felt fairly secure until the layoffs started last year. The second round this year has not been reassuring.

My team is eager to share knowledge

Solving a hard coding problem

I've started noticing more and more headbutting within the team

I am concerned about layoffs, money issues, and lack of transparency.

I've recently received offers that are noticeably above my current pay.

My team specifically has had a long push to release a feature
