Being able to effectively problem solve and be resourceful to my team to help our work flow be more effective everyday makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Living in one of the most expensive cities in the US, the pay can be better especially with the inflation that recently occurred. I believe a more flexible remote schedule would help.
