I enjoy the WFH culture.

Barracuda product and solutions lack of integration, innovation & development. Office politics and lack of transparency and support from the management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are strong survivor in the company, trying their best to deliver result with limited resources and help from the regional and product team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not get the adequate employee benefit/rights, yearly increment and salary payout (Example: The commission payout in USD, but i don't get the right payout amount in local currency.)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Review and provide adequate/equal employee benefit, such as pay rate, allowance, personal and family insurance coverage and annual leave entitlement. Provide clear career path and growth. Putting in right training and coaching resources.
