They are more concentrating on support case closure, not the knowledge. For not closing cases management will treat employees very badly even though he or she is senior resource. also For getting paid leaves is a big task in India team.

We are not paid as per market standard. when we ask for increment the management will tell you need to wait for the cycle and when someone give their resignation people will get hike easily but the loyal people feels like fools as they need to wait and other people get it easily as part of retain
