What I like best about my colleagues is that they are always willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An employee's dedication to the company should be valued and appreciated. That being said, the compensation is solely based on the numbers not other aspects of skill. The bar is based upon configurations, but other levels should be considered to encourage loyalty among staff. Retention is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I find most positive about the company culture is Bagel Wednesdays!!! Love it. I also enjoy the activities, lunchroom, open lighting ,the dress code is comfortable, the quiet rooms and how close the parking is to the building. There are so many aspects I do enjoy.
