Great people to work with in my everyday but terrible management at the exec level regarding selling off to corporate overlords who do not care about our companies core values. No matter how much we preach our core values KKR numbers requirements are controlling the show.

I do feel as if the company is laying off those who make more money to keep the lower paid employees while increasing the time it takes to get promotions.
