Quite frankly, they are good leaders, as they exhibit the qualities required for solid, sincere leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No blaming or finger-pointing. But exactly the opposite - the willingness to pitch in and assist cross-functional teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel specifically 'undervalued', but same or similar roles at competitive companies are compensated at a higher rate. And, unfortunately, Barracuda has an industry-wide reputation for lower compensation across most positions.
