Our team works very well together, we share common goals and enjoy working as a team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating hourly employees with the same respect that they treat the engineers with. Trust their trained and experienced staff as just that, trained and experienced.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are trusted to work from home in a hybrid setting but are not allowed to be fully remote as we were before. This hinders employees who deal with health issues, family and transportation situations. Flexibility for working from home would vastly improve not only staff engagement, but productivity
