My overall experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. I've worked here for years, and I've seen ups and downs, but we've always come out stronger in the end. I've had many offers to work for another company, but I've never felt the need to leave. I am happy to be here!

Most employees care about each other and this is evident in their interactions with each other

Our leadership team listens to employees' concerns. They also work hard to make sure that we as a company remain relevant in the competitive cybersec landscape.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I'm solving problems for customers or partners. That could be helping them set up a solution, answering a question, or just listening to their concerns and offering a suggestion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team works together and everyone supports each other. We always have each other's backs. No one hoards knowledge- they are all willing to share their hard-won knowledge with anyone who's willing to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like everyone is all about helping the customer and helping each other. Everyone I work with projects positive energy. They all behave like they want to be here and be on this team. I can't imagine a better work culture than that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have come to learn that I am underpaid compared to other employees with the same role in my group and compared to similar roles in other companies. I would feel better if there was an explicit, defined plan to bring my salary to a comparable level.
