At least on my team, everyone understands the need to take care of of personal and family things even if it means being flexible with our schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always willing to help each other out. We have some outside-of-work fun together playing board/card games at lunch in the office and sometimes arrange to play board/card games together after work.
