I have been extremely happy with as a barracuda employee. I've been given opportunities to advance, have been treated fairly, and enjoy the work culture and environment. Barracuda is the largest company I've work with and the experience has been wonderful.

They are motivated, self-driven, and consciences about the work. They are well qualified, smart, and flexible.

They do seem to care about the professional development of barracuda employees by providing a path for career advancement.

Interacting with my team and peers, and knowing that my role helps other barracuda employees do their job better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hybrid work environment. Provides both the social and cultural benefits of working on-site as well as the perceived sense of trust and freedom to work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness of members of other departments to assist and work with people to accomplish a goal or complete a project. There is very little "territoriality" withing the company as far as I can see.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
"unlimited" PTO time for salaried employees. Not having to worry about banking PTO for sick days / medical appointments / vacations / etc. relieves a lot of stress and anxiety. And, for the most part, I don't think it is abused.
