That we are all trying t. do what is good for the company

That they are willing to hear me out on things that are working well or areas that are not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a low paid AE and hit my goals/made President's club. There are people that are walking away and making more by 40k than I do.
