Collaborative, everyone is very helpful and resourceful. When my plates are full, they are always ready to lend a hand and help with the cases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told making T2 would have a good raise. But it was a normal raise only and the percentage-wise increment was lower than my previous raise. I was working on high-priority cases, escalations, working outside my working hours, always prioritizing customer first well before I made T2. But it didn
