Being in a position to create positive change for our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Titles and commensurate pay scales are opaque and amorphous. Progression in those positions and scales is unknown to the common worker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is some of the best people at the company, from diverse backgrounds but always support each other and show genuine care to each other. Lots of good natured humor as well.
