We communicate and work well together. We're comfortable asking and utilizing each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team is getting smaller and more work is put on your shoulders when two or three people are out on PTO. It's life but it gets a little overwhelming. Also, seems like more responsibility is being put on us to better support, internally.
