They're all really supportive and if you have a problem they work with you to solve it. Also great fun to be around.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ability to plan and stick to it would be nice, there are lots of fast changes, which are fine, but you do feel like you're in a whirlwind sometimes.
